What?
Power Apps Portals has become (or depending on your perspective: always has been) so much more than “just another type of Power Apps“. This is now confirmed by Microsoft promoting it to one of the five main Power Platform tools:

How?
Power Pages is not just a rebranding of Power Apps Portals, but also a repositioning from what I have seen. Let’s have a high level look:

Especially the extra functionalities in the Low-Code Development feature set have caught my eye Microsoft Power Pages Capabilities | Microsoft Power Platform:

All the new capabilities will probably not be backwards compatible with already existing Power Apps Portals so be aware 🤓.
